Floating is an experience of ultimate peace and relaxation in a private, specialized pod filled with 850 pounds of Epsom salt, allowing you to float effortlessly in near zero-gravity.

Yes, everyone can float. The density of the Epsom salt allows it to occur naturally without effort. Floating can be done by stressed-out managers, overworked moms, athletes, or anyone seeking complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. However, those with medical conditions should consult a physician first.

Our float pod is very spacious, allowing you to float comfortably and even sit up if necessary. Lighting is available inside the pod, and for more room or if you prefer not to be enclosed, the float pool offers the same privacy without a lid.

The high-density Epsom salt ensures that anyone will float like a cork on the water. Many people even restfully sleep while floating.

You should not feel hot or cold. The water is kept at approximately 94 degrees Fahrenheit, which is skin-receptor neutral, helping you lose track of where your body ends and the water begins.

Floating induces deep mental relaxation, increasing theta brain waves, mental clarity, creativity, imagery, and memory. Endorphin release elevates mood, helping to alleviate anxiety, depression, and negative mental habits.

No. The high Epsom salt content prevents the skin from wrinkling like in a long bath. Epsom salt is nourishing for the skin, which may feel silky smooth after floating.

You can wear a swimsuit or nothing at all—whatever makes you most comfortable. Earplugs and goggles are provided but not required.

Yes! Float therapy is a great bonding experience for partners. Sharing the experience creates a connection and may help reduce anxiety.

It can be uncomfortable, so avoid touching your eyes while in the tank. A clean washcloth is provided just outside the tank for any contact.

The experience is highly individual. Most people feel profound peace, relaxation, and enhanced concentration and creativity. Each session is unique to you.

Do not float if you have: hair color/treatment in the past 3 weeks, are under alcohol/drugs, have communicable skin conditions, open sores, uncontrolled diabetes, heart trouble, epilepsy, seizures, active menstruation, adverse skin conditions, kidney disease, incontinence, or if pregnant without doctor approval. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

The water contains over 850 pounds of Epsom salt, preventing bacterial growth. It is filtered and sterilized using UV light and ozone, with additional disinfection using Puregreen24, a safe EPA-registered green disinfectant.

Wait at least three weeks after dyeing your hair before floating. Freshly dyed hair can stain the tank, and a cleaning fee may apply.

Yes! The float tank can provide relief from pregnancy-related discomfort. Consult your physician if you have any concerns about the effects on pregnancy.

Nothing is required. We provide towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even a hairdryer. You may bring a hairbrush if needed.

Pure, pharmaceutical grade salt is heated and ground up in a halogenerator. Micro-sized crushed salt particles are dispersed into the air, saturating the respiratory system to remove mucus, eliminate bacteria and toxins, and help open and expand constricted airways. Salt therapy also provides skin rejuvenating benefits.

The halogenerator uses 100% pharmaceutical grade salt consisting of pure sodium chloride.

Inhaled dry salt particles have bactericide, mucokinetic, hydrophilic, and anti-inflammatory properties. They may reduce inflammation in the respiratory tract, widen airways, accelerate mucus transport, and eliminate allergens and tar. Salt therapy may improve oxygen intake, energy, immune system function, and support the nervous, lymphatic, and immune systems. It may also improve respiratory conditions such as asthma, allergies, bronchitis, sinus congestion, and COPD, as well as skin conditions like rashes, acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, dry skin, rosacea, and skin aging.

Salt therapy is most effective as a preventative treatment or for chronic conditions. To maintain a healthy atmosphere, anyone who is actively sick should reschedule their session until they are fever-free for at least 24 hours.

Sessions are typically 25 minutes, which is enough to achieve the benefits of halotherapy. A 50-minute session is also available for those who want extra salt exposure.

Salt rooms are tranquil relaxation spaces with natural décor, dim lighting, and relaxing music. Guests can nap, meditate, or focus on breathing while benefiting from negative ions. Adults are seated in zero-gravity chairs; romantic settings can include two loungers.

Up to 4 adults or children can attend a 25-minute session.

Wear whatever makes you comfortable; the room is 68-70 degrees. Light blankets are provided. Expose as much skin as you are comfortable with for skin benefits. Shoes and bare feet are not allowed; socks or disposable booties are required.

Halotherapy is 100% natural, safe, and drug-free. Some may experience a slight cough, minor chest tightness, or a runny nose as salt works to remove mucus, toxins, and bacteria.

Yes! Children as young as 3 months can safely participate. An adult must accompany children under 14, and parental consent is required for anyone under 18. Children can play with toys in the Himalayan salt while adults relax.

Yes. Salt therapy is safe for pregnant women and can help manage sinusitis, asthma, allergies, and other respiratory illnesses without relying heavily on medications.
