Relax and restore in 850 lbs. of pure Epsom salt. Our pod and float pool are roomy enough for everybody to find their comfort zone or enjoy side-by-side floating with their partner.
Our pod offers a more secluded environment which blocks out more external stimuli. This can lead to a deeper level of sensory deprivation.
If you feel you need more room, or don't like to be enclosed, you may find more comfort in the float pool. All the privacy of our pod without the lid!

Enjoy a soothing seaweed bath that nourishes the skin, aids detoxification, and relaxes muscles.

Seaweed Baths are the simplest and purest of our organic treatment processes. Our Seaweed Baths use the natural power of organic hand-harvested seaweed and seawater to moisturize your skin, increase circulation and promote healing.

An initial optional infrared sauna treatment (10 mins max) will open your pores to the beneficial nutrients contained within our seaweed.

Following this, you will relax in a bath of hot fresh water and organic seaweed, After the bath you leave all the natural goodness on your skin and simply towel-dry! This entire sauna and bathing session will last 45-60 minutes.

I had such a great experience at Salt for Your Soul! I’ve been wanting to try a float tank for so long due to chronic pain, and I cannot believe I haven’t gone sooner! The environment is so welcoming, and Shawna and Trinity were so wonderful. I loved hearing about all the wellness options that they offer as well, but if you’ve ever thought about doing a float tank, you must go try it out. Went there to try the Flotation Therapy; 1st time 50 minutes for $50. Got to experience grounding out for the first time. It was really cool. The Flotation Tank was what I was interested in. I was able to relax in a matter of a few minutes. Felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. Jumped into the Halotherapy Salt Cave afterwards, which is great for my asthma. Helped me relax even more after the float. I'll definitely be going back!

Absolutely love going to the salt room at Salt for your Soul! Shauna is incredibly kind, compassionate and knowledgeable about holistic ways to help heal your body. I have taken my kids who are immunocompromised and I know this has helped keep their lungs clear. My son was recently ill and I was shocked that he didn’t have pneumonia but Shauna explained to me that by me taking him twice a week to the salt room that it has helped him tremendously for his lung health. We will continue to visit for all the benefits that the salt room can provide for my family.

I love this place. This is such a mindful wonderful place that soothes and relaxes you completely. I've experienced the halotherapy and the flotation therapy. I loved the halotherapy because I was able to spend time relaxing with my littles. They quietly played in the sand with toys. The flotation therapy I did solo. It was so peaceful. I felt as if I were floating on a cloud. I left centered and focused.

Shauna, the owner, greeted me with a warm welcome. I have had a lot of stress, and I needed a way to decompress. I didn't really know what to expect, but I was quickly made to feel comfortable and very relaxed. I spent an hour in the float room. It was the fastest hour of my life. I felt the my stress just lift and leave my body. I wish I could end my day like this every day! I then went over to the salt room and topped off my relaxation by taking in the essence of the salt. I highly recommend you treat yourself like I did. When I was finished at Salt for Your Soul, I felt like I was ready to take the world by storm.

This place is so inviting and relaxing! And the staff (a family owned business) is so helpful - they explained the benefits of using a salt room and made sure we were comfortable before starting the session. Afterwards, we received a detailed tour and explanation of each room, which offers a different service. It's a great place for self-care and we will definitely be returning.

We went for the first time today for a foot detox and it was a great experience. Shauna is so knowledgeable and the atmosphere is clean and calming. We can’t wait to try some of the other services she offers!!

Highly recommend all services but especially the ionic foot soak and seaweed bath. Shauna and Trinity are both so nice and answered any questions I had. The rooms are close together which made it easy to navigate and was actually very quiet and relaxing even with other people there. They had my name written on a sign for the rooms I was in which was a super cute personal touch.  They are both very knowledgeable about all of the services and seem to be very passionate about what they do. I even got a tour! Very clean and cute place :) Will definitely be coming back again!!!

Love floating. I floated frequently when better being was open.  When they closed I opened my heart to a new float place, a place to float, but the rug was pulled out from under me when they closed as well. This spot has been open for 7 years, somehow I'm just trying it out in 2025. The floating experience is alive and well here. They take care of their water and are quite friendly. A mother owns the business and her daughter was running the shop when I was there. When I came out, the mom was there too and showed me around. They have ionic foot baths, they have a salt room, they do Celtic inspired seaweed baths, they have an infrared sauna. I didn't try any of the other stuff, but I can recommend this spot for floating. If I have any little feedback it's just that you can hear conversations in the lobby from the float room.  I'm a pretty easygoing guy so I still give it five stars as to me that's just part of life. If you're a real sensory deprivation purist, you may want to bring ear plugs  that match your desire for silence.  The location is convenient and parking is plentiful. An added bonus is there's a dog wearing a bow tie to greet you outside.

I was given a groupon for a 1 hour float session. This business was super friendly. I was greeted by Shonda as I walked in. Trinity was kind as she checked me in. I decided to add additional time to use their infrared sauna and a 1 hour seaweed bath. The whole vibe is very relaxing and welcoming. I will be back for more relaxation soon! Highly recommend this business!

Loved my first time floating here! The staff was so welcoming, walked me through all my questions and fears. I had the best experience—more relaxing than a massage! I will be going back and buying a full package!

Just had a wonderful relaxing experience at salt for the soul with my mom and daughter for a Valentine's treat.  Awesome atmosphere and such calming vibe. Great customer service and the owner Shauna was so knowledgeable and explained all the services in detail. Will be going often. Kids are welcome for the salt rooms and my 5 yr old loved it too.

I went to Shauna to focus on bettering my health and wellness, and she has worked wonders between the supplements, ionic foot soaks and salt float. I even thought I was going to have to have my gallbladder removed but after seeing Shauna, I have it under control and still in tact! I always find it pathetic to see reviews from people that moved to Indiana from other states only to bash small businesses. The owner of Salt for Your Soul is INCREDIBLE. To see people discriminate against her is upsetting.

She has healed my gut issues and liver levels through holistic medicine. She has also helped people with gout, joint issues, heart conditions, severe allergies, etc. She deserves all the praise and support for this alone!

Salt for your soul and Shauna Hale are amazing! I have been seeing her for Bach for the last 18 months. It has literally changed my life. About a month ago I incorporated floating. Shauna thought it would help me to calm down and sleep better. She really knows her stuff because I have very few sleep problems now between floating and Bach. Shauna is a wealth of knowledge and has a heart that truly wants to help people. She will recommend things but I’d never pushy or makes me feel like she is trying to push anything on me. I am so thankful to have her on my team helping me feel better about so many things!

All I can say is…WOW. I did an hour in the float tank and seriously feel better than I’ve ever felt. Mentally, emotionally & physically, I feel refreshed, relaxed, and “light”. Feels like all my stress & underlying worries have gone away. I’ve tried many different ways to help with stress management, depression & anxiety, but this WORKS. This place is like no other, it is clean, cozy, welcoming, & professional. Everything was set up for me when I got there, I was provided with a towel, washcloth, robe, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, goggles, ear plugs, a float pillow, and most importantly, respect/privacy! The owner, Shauna, is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, kind, and helpful. She genuinely cares about your experience & well being. She explained everything in great detail, made sure I felt comfortable & at ease, she listened to my concerns/reasoning for exploring float therapy, and truly made this experience great. I loved everything about my time spent at Salt For Your Soul! Thank you Shauna for being incredible❤️ I will be back!

Had a great experience! The owner was very welcoming, knowledgable, and accommodating. The float session took a little time to adjust to, but once I got comfortable it was such a soothing experience! I’ll definitely be back.

I loved this place. It was my first time in a flotation tank and it is a rejuvenating experience. The owners are knowledgeable and took time to explain the process and made me feel comfortable. I immediately signed up for a 10 pack after my session. It is needed to detox from modern devices and constant external stimulation.

This is my weekly retreat place.  I have been doing halotherapy for 6 years.  When I moved to Indiana 3 years ago, I was delighted my husband found this place for me.  I went to the Indy Salt Cave first and was so disappointed by their salt room experience.  They have a water fountain in their salt room and it smelled musty.  Salt for Your Soul's salt room is perfect, not too big or too small and allows for the salt to be dispersed properly for better health benefits.  I suffered from severe seasonal allergies, but with weekly halotherapy, I no longer need to take any allergy meds.  When I added up the price of Claritin and Flonase usage compared to the weekly salt therapy, I realized I was saving money and improving my whole wellbeing (mind, body and soul).  I could go on and on about the importance of this therapy in my life, but let me bring the focus back to this little gem of a business.  They also have a float tank that I take advantage of monthly and recently added ionized foot soaks, which have become a weekly favorite of mine as well.  I feel like I am visiting a good friend every week; Shauna knows just what music to play or things to say to brighten my whole week.  I have hesitated in writing a review because I do not want to run into problems booking my regular appointments, but this place is too great to not share!  The name says it all... truly a place for your soul.

Best place to learn how to meditate. Or to simply detox after a stressful day/week. My mom and I relaxed together in the salt room for a bit, just taking lots of deep breaths. The eucalyptus scent was subtle, yet refreshing.

The experience at Salt For Your Soul was truly a majestic experience, I was met with such altruism by its staff and was mesmerized by the quality of the experience. The sensory deprivation tank was a great way to start my semester at school. Not only did it relax me to the core but it allowed my brain to sort of reset it’s patterns which allowed me to start with a blank slate. The knowledge that was shared by the staff at Salt For Your Soul was very intriguing and informative as it led me to want to  learn more about how to heal my own body. The staff were extremely kind and were filled with compassion and understanding. I would definitely recommended this experience as I have already recommended it to others in my area.

My experience at Salt For Your Soul was INCREDIBLE.  The environment is welcoming and serene, the facility is clean and the owners are incredibly knowledgeable. Shauna answered all my questions with patience and compassion.  As a first time floater, I'm now a believer in the healing powers of this therapy!  Two days later and I still feel weightless in a heavy world, not to mention the physical benefits.  Bonus:  You can add a salt room session to your float for a small fee - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!   I've already referred several friends and family members and plan to return soon for another session myself.

I decided to try flotation therapy for the first time and booked myself a 90min float here.  The facilities are super relaxing and very clean. I had an entire suite to myself with a full bathroom.  The tank was the perfect temperature throughout the entirety of the float.  I was able to watch stars and the galaxy through the window on the tank door while listening to very calming spa music.  They supply you with fresh towels, jelly ear plugs, and all the bathroom essentials you should need (shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc) to wash up afterwards. I feel amazing! I recommend booking the full 90 minutes as a beginner. It takes a while to settle in to the float, so the longer the float time the better.  My joints feel really great and my skin too!

My experience at Salt For Your Soul was AMAZING. The atmosphere was relaxing and soothing. Shauna’s energy is present throughout which is perfect because she is the best. Her light shines through and you feel like you’ve known her forever. I was gifted a session because of pain from a really bad ankle break but it was so much more than pain relief. For the first time in a long time, my soul was at peace. The only way to explain the experience is to experience it for yourself. You will not be sorry.

Wow!!!! This place is amazing.   My daughter and I enjoy splurging on wellness!!  So far we have done the salt room and the floating.   Both are amazing,  relaxing and well worth your time and money.  The owners are spectacular and very helpful.

What an amazing space with such lovely owners!  I felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment I stepped inside.  It's such a beautiful, tranquil space.  I was in desperate need of some "me time" and was really excited to try out the floatation tank!  I had never done that before so was not quite sure what to expect, but Shauna walked me through and I felt very comfortable.  It was such a peaceful experience and I can't wait to go again. They have thought of everything- including a bag to put your wet swimsuit in!  I was thinking about that as I was floating (and then bringing my awareness back to my breath, haha....)- I forgot a bag!  But lo and behold, there was one- along with shampoo and conditioner and body wash and lotion etc in the bathroom.  Everything was perfect, but I just loved listening to Shauna share with me how this space came to be and a little background on herself. She knows her stuff, that's for sure!  All around wonderful experience and I can't wait to come back to float as well as sit in the salt room.  Thank you Shauna and Darren!

I have had a stressful 3 weeks! I went to Salt today for my very first salt soak. I'm not a very good swimmer so I was apprehensive about this process!  I was encouraged to trust the water.  Man! I cannot tell you how relaxed I was.  I fell asleep as I floated in the water.  Yes, I was that relaxed!  I have never before felt that relaxed.  Everything about this place is special.  From the moment you drive on the lot, Shauna makes it her personal mission for you to leave your stress at the door.  It's 8 hours later and I'm still relaxed.   You must try at least once!  You'll want to return!

Absolutely Awesome!  From salt room to Floatation the experience was unforgettable, they have thought of everything.  Owners are very passionate and knowledgable. Highly recommend giving it a try.

I must say I was very pleased with everything. I was greeted by a welcome sign with my name on it. The owners are absolutely amazing. I’ve never met anyone so passionate and knowledgeable about the overall wellness of the body. Shauna (owner) goes to work everyday hoping to relax and heal the next person in need. The entire facility was beautiful from the design, paint, and amenities (shower& relaxation room). Sanitation was something I didn’t need to worry about. The owners will happily explain the sanitation process. The comfort they give to less experienced floaters just blows me away. After floating for an hour. I felt renewed. I highly recommend salt for your soul. It’ll be best thing you’ve done for your body.

The owners, Shauna and Darren, are so knowledgeable about holistic wellness!  Although I was initially nervous about my first time floating, they made me feel completely comfortable.  From the second I sat in the relaxation room, the entire experience was amazing.  My time in the float tank allowed me to completely relax and unwind.  I couldn't even believe an hour had passed.  My husband and I were beyond impressed and can't wait to go back!!!  You must try it out!  And while you're there, you need to add a halotherapy session.  Highly recommend Salt for Your Soul to everyone- my new favorite form of self-care!
