Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about "Getting Salty" (3 sessions).

Each session is a 45-minute guided halotherapy experience in our tranquil salt room. You'll relax on comfortable seating while micronized salt particles are dispersed. Expect deep breathing, gentle relaxation, and a post-session sense of clearer breathing and refreshed energy.

We recommend spacing the three sessions over two to three weeks for best results, such as one session every 4–7 days. This allows cumulative respiratory and skin benefits while fitting into most schedules; our staff will help personalize timing.

Halotherapy is often suitable for seasonal and environmental allergies because dry salt can reduce airborne irritants and soothe airways. If you have severe asthma, recent respiratory procedures, or active infections, consult your physician before booking.

No special clothing or equipment is required. Wear comfortable layers and clean socks; we provide slippers and blankets on request. Avoid heavy fragrances or lotions before sessions to keep the salt environment pure and comfortable for all guests.

Children aged six and up may participate with adult supervision; sessions are adjusted for younger guests' comfort. For toddlers or those with medical conditions, consult our team first. We also offer family session guidance to ensure safety and enjoyment.

If you feel dizzy, short of breath, or uncomfortable, notify staff immediately—they can pause or end the session and provide assistance. We recommend rescheduling if you're acutely ill or have a fever to protect your health and other guests.
