You’ll get a short orientation and shower, then enter the pod or float pool filled with 850 lbs of Epsom salt. Lights and sound are optional. Most people experience weightlessness, deep relaxation, and a slowed sense of time during the 90 minutes.

Floating is generally safe for many people, but if you have uncontrolled hypertension, heart disease, or recent surgery, consult your doctor first. Share your medical history with our staff so we can recommend a suitable float option or session length.

The pod is more enclosed, reducing external stimuli for deeper sensory deprivation. The float pool offers more space and an open feel while still providing privacy. Choose the pod for intense quiet or the pool if you prefer extra room or side-by-side floating.

Avoid shaving, waxing, or aggressive exfoliation within 24 hours to prevent salt irritation. Remove lotions, perfumes, and makeup before your float. We provide showers, earplugs, and gentle soap to rinse off afterward.

Yes — our roomy float pool can accommodate side-by-side floating for couples, and some larger pods may fit two people. Book a dual session and let us know in advance so we can prepare privacy, towels, and any adjustments for comfort.

Tell staff before your session so we can leave the pod lid open, use the float pool, play soft music, or start with a shorter 50-minute session. You can exit anytime; our priority is your comfort and safety throughout the float.
