Please wear swimwear or clothing you can get wet; bring a towel and flip-flops. We provide locker space and showers. Remove jewelry before plunging, and avoid heavy meals or alcohol beforehand. Staff will guide first-time plungers through the process.

Yes — beginners are welcome. We recommend short initial plunges, alternating with infrared sauna and rest, and staff will monitor you. Not recommended for those with heart conditions, uncontrolled hypertension, pregnancy, or severe circulation issues; consult your physician if unsure.

You may alternate between the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and rest as often as you like within your 30-minute booking. We suggest 2–4 full cycles for beginners, allowing time to recover between plunges. Always hydrate and follow staff guidance for safe timing.

This booking is for one person only. Friends or partners should reserve separate sessions or adjacent time slots. We offer group or couple options when available; contact us to arrange back-to-back bookings. Please respect privacy and facility capacity rules.

Yes. People with unstable heart disease, uncontrolled hypertension, pregnancy, severe Raynaud’s, recent surgeries, or acute respiratory illness should avoid cold plunges. Always consult your healthcare provider if you have chronic medical conditions or concerns; bring medical clearance when requested.

Expect an immediate cold shock: rapid breathing, increased heart rate, and skin numbness or tingling. After exiting, you’ll warm gradually — especially if alternating with the infrared sauna — and may feel energized or relaxed. Rest, hydrate, and dress warmly if needed.
