Me and my husband visited on a Saturday afternoon we opted for the float tank and omg we were not expecting it to be SO GREAT! I didn’t think we’d actually float more so my husband because he’s tall and over 200lbs but to my surprise he floated as well. The place is very warm and welcoming from the second you walk in the atmosphere and the design of the place is like a cozy home. After about 60 mins of the float tank me and my husband felt like we were in slow motion that’s how relaxed we were after. The couple that owns this place should be so proud of the work they are doing they took their time with us and chatted and even showed us around to other rooms they have. 5 stars is a understatement to how great and relaxing this place is! We will be back again

What an incredible experience! I can’t recommend this place enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the sweetest pup and the friendliest staff, who immediately make you feel welcome and at ease.

The float pod was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I could actually feel the tension in my neck slowly decompressing as I floated. By the end of the session, I felt completely weightless, relaxed, and at peace. It was one of the most calming experiences I’ve ever had.

The salt room was the perfect way to continue relaxing. The entire experience left me feeling refreshed, recharged, and with a sense of peace that stayed with me long after I left.

The facility is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Between the amazing staff, the adorable greeter pup, and the incredible float and salt room experience, this is truly a special place. I will absolutely be back!...more

I stumbled across Salt for Your Soul while looking for ways to improve my health many years ago, and I'm so thankful I did.

My first experience was the salt room therapy, which I absolutely loved. Since then, I've also tried the infrared sauna and the couple's seaweed bath, and every experience has been wonderful.

One thing I really appreciate is that they offer both à la carte services and package deals, so you can choose what works best for your budget (and the packages are definitely the best bang for your buck!).

Shauna, the owner, is there most of the time and is incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and informative. I completed her two-week detox program and lost over 10 pounds, then continued into Phase 2 with the protein shakes and supplements. She takes a personalized approach, including blood work, to help you understand what's really going on with your body instead of just guessing.

And I can't forget Finn, the sweetest greeter and protector! 🐾 He always seems happy to welcome guests and adds to the warm, relaxing atmosphere.

I met Shauna the owner of Salt for your soul over a year ago on a trip to Indianapolis. We went in as a group to use the salt room. Upon entry, you are immediately welcomed by her dog, husband or daughter. You can feel the calming energy and a feeling of family. We all decided to do different services. Two went for the salt room, one went for the float room and one for the sea weed bath. We went back two days later so we could all try something different. On this trip, all four of us did the ionic footbath and the detox mat. Each trip, we met with Shaundra who shared her experience and love for helping people. Learning that she was a naturopath, I talked to her about the 20 year medical journey I had been on for extreme muscle cramping and leg pain. I had been to the Mayo clinic 2x and had multiple tests and treatments over the years and could never find relief. Shauna started with treatments for heavy metals, deep dive blood test and a treatment plan. Less than a year later, I am completely pain free, able to sleep at night and have lost over 20 lbs. Shauna is amazing. She listens, really listens and makes the best recommendations based on the issues. I have never felt better in my life and have sent so many people her way. So I went to Salt For Your Soul to try "floating" (sensory deprivation pod) for the first time. From the moment I walked in, I warmly greeted! They were very upfront about everything. They were very informative and passionate about what they were doing. It was honestly refreshing.

Floating was a fantastic experience. I honestly didn't know what to expect but it was probably THE MOST relaxing thing I have ever experienced. I came out feeling like a new man.

The rooms are close together which made it easy to navigate and was actually very quiet and relaxing even with other people there. Love floating. I floated frequently when better being was open. When they closed I opened my heart to a new float place, a place to float, but the rug was pulled out from under me when they closed as well. This spot has been open for 7 years, somehow I'm just trying it out in 2025. The floating experience is alive and well here. They take care of their water and are quite friendly. A mother owns the business and her daughter was running the shop when I was there. When I came out, the mom was there too and showed me around. They have ionic foot baths, they have a salt room, they do Celtic inspired seaweed baths, they have an infrared sauna. I didn't try any of the other stuff, but I can recommend this spot for floating. If I have any little feedback it's just that you can hear conversations in the lobby from the float room. I'm a pretty easygoing guy so I still give it five stars as to me that's just part of life. If you're a real sensory deprivation purist, you may want to bring ear plugs that match your desire for silence. The location is convenient and parking is plentiful. An added bonus is there's a dog wearing a bow tie to greet you outside....more

This is my weekly retreat place. I have been doing halotherapy for 6 years. When I moved to Indiana 3 years ago, I was delighted my husband found this place for me. I went to the Indy Salt Cave first and was so disappointed by their salt room experience. They have a water fountain in their salt room and it smelled musty. Salt for Your Soul's salt room is perfect, not too big or too small and allows for the salt to be dispersed properly for better health benefits. I suffered from severe seasonal allergies, but with weekly halotherapy, I no longer need to take any allergy meds. When I added up the price of Claritin and Flonase usage compared to the weekly salt therapy, I realized I was saving money and improving my whole wellbeing (mind, body and soul). I could go on and on about the importance of this therapy in my life, but let me bring the focus back to this little gem of a business. They also have a float tank that I take advantage of monthly and recently added ionized foot soaks, which have become a weekly favorite of mine as well. I feel like I am visiting a good friend every week; Shauna knows just what music to play or things to say to brighten my whole week. I have hesitated in writing a review because I do not want to run into problems booking my regular appointments, but this place is too great to not share! I decided to try flotation therapy for the first time and booked myself a 90min float here. The facilities are super relaxing and very clean. I had an entire suite to myself with a full bathroom. The tank was the perfect temperature throughout the entirety of the float. I was able to watch stars and the galaxy through the window on the tank door while listening to very calming spa music. They supply you with fresh towels, jelly ear plugs, and all the bathroom essentials you should need (shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc) to wash up afterwards. I feel amazing! I recommend booking the full 90 minutes as a beginner. It takes a while to settle in to the float, so the longer the float time the better. My joints feel really great and my skin too!...more

What an amazing space with such lovely owners! I felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment I stepped inside. It's such a beautiful, tranquil space. I was in desperate need of some "me time" and was really excited to try out the floatation tank! I had never done that before so was not quite sure what to expect, but Shauna walked me through and I felt very comfortable. It was such a peaceful experience and I can't wait to go again. They have thought of everything- including a bag to put your wet swimsuit in! I was thinking about that as I was floating (and then bringing my awareness back to my breath, haha....)- I forgot a bag!
